      Date of transaction: October 12, 2024 Amount transacted: $72 I requested to return the order on October 25, 2024 since the colors did not go with my decor as it was originally advertised. I was told "all of our products are handmade and custom-made for each individual order, were unable to resell returned items."They changed their response when I stated that I would contact the BBB. They stated:"We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and for not meeting your expectations. After discussing with our manager, we are able to offer a return and refund for your order. Please send the item back to the following address:Name: ***** ****** ******* Email: ********************** Address: ****************************************************** Phone: ************ Once we receive the returned item, we will promptly process your refund.Thank you for your understanding, and if you have any other questions, please feel free to reach out."USPS was unable to return the package, I reached back out to the company on December 16, 2024. I stated: "**** returned the package that I mailed to the following address: ****************************************************** Can you please let me know if this is the correct address? In addition, I requested a signature for receipt of the package but no one signed for it when the delivery was attempted."In response, they wanted me to try and send the return to the following contact: "We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this has caused.If the previous address didnt work for delivery, Please kindly try the one below ************ - ******** ****** Email- ********************** Address - ************************************************************************* Phone number - ************"I am concerned that this is a scam company and would like them to be investigated.
