    I hired RamFences December of 2021 to build a vinyl fence for my backyard. The job was going to be done in thirds (first the back fence, then the left side, then the right side). Total cost $8800 (3 payments of $2950). I paid them $2950 in December and after months of excuses they finally parially built the back fence. They said they couldn't do the corners until they did the sides. I paid them in May (another $2950) to start the left side. They said they ordered the supplies in June and were going to pick them up. In August I noticed the back fence was already leaning towards my shed, they didn't set the posts in concrete. They also built the fence over a metal post they bent down. More months of excuses from weather, being too busy, broken truck, etc...they told me in October they still hadn't picked up the supplies. They came and took the left side fence down and left it in my yard in October and never came back. I hired them through ****'s List. They told ****'s List they would be out 12/4/22 and didn't come, then it was Dec 20, 2022 and they didn't come. So basically they stole $5900. I have had to hire another contractor just to install the left side and repair and finish the back fence. This cost me $7200! I feel RamFences should pay me back the entire $5900 as they did not honor the contract...I was beyond patient with them and feel they never intended to complete the fence. I have all of the text messages with about 80 different excuses/delays. My new contractor could verify the faulty work RamFences did on the back fence that needed repair. Please Please help me. I am not the only one although I may be the only one they just took the money and ran with though. This has caused a hardship for me and I've had to wipe out most of my savings to fix this as the fence they took down was shared between myself and my neighbor. I've come to learn that it is possible that RamFences may have stolen the business name from RamFences in Lakewood...

    At the end of May 2022, RAMFENCES offered to install a fence, promised to do it within 2-4 weeks. On June 25, I gave them a deposit for the purchase of materials in the amount of $ *****, which 06/27/2022 was credited to their bank account.. By the beginning of August, the fence was still not installed, there were always some reasons delaying the execution of my order. On the one side of my back yard they only installed wooden poles, which, a month later, they dug up, because the poles did not meet the requirements of our HOA.At the end of August, my request to return my money is answered with rudeness. There is a correspondence confirming my words.
