I made an order from this company in April 2022. The owner, *****************************, is allegedly in the military. So, since he is the sole proprietor of this company, I depend on him alone to address my questions depending on whether he is deployed or not. I kept in contact with him multiple times. However, last time I heard from him about my order was in February 2023. He is allegedly holding my order as both him and I are waiting on the ATF.gov to give us the green light to make the transfer of goods. Nevertheless, for the transfer of goods (my order) to happen, the intermediaryATF.govneeds to be paid. Long story short, I made multiple attempts to provide different forms of payments to pay the additional fee to the intermediary (ATF.gov) and allegedly my forms of payment didnt go through. I wanted to move forward with a solution but he is no longer available for me. At this point, I am not sure whether he run with my money or whether he is truly deployed somewhere. I just want a refund for my order orsecondarilya tangible assurance or way to resolve this issue. Additionally, it appears that the status of this company is delinquent in ********, so, Im afraid something is off. Thanks for your help.
