      Had me drop off car knowing no techs were there. Telling me they would be in a day or 2. Was 9 days sitting before starting. Which cost me money as I am a rideshare driver. Then I brought in flyer for a 100 **** gift card that was supposed to be mailed but has yet to show up. They do not answer phone. If u call main number u get ********. When car was done had white paint still on it and techs stuff in car nit big deal as waited while he cleaned it up. Had to get car thru my insurance not theirs. Told them they should have gave me it for my loss of work. Let me keep car til tech was actually there. Once there it was fast.just felt like baited in with flyer then held up trying to see when it would start.

      Hello,There seems to be a lot you're pointing out here. Let me try to clarify all your points.- We never tell anyone it will take 2 days. It will on average takes 7-10 business days. It looks like we got yours done before that. - We give out the gift cards upon picking up your vehicle. Did you not bring the flyers upon pickup of the vehicle? - We shut down for Christmas. We will be back open on Jan 6th if you'd like to call.- Sometimes the marker that shows the adjuster where the dents are at stick a little bit even after we detail the car. I'm glad we were able to take that off.- If you have rental coverage, then you should not be charged for that while we fix your car. This is fully covered by your insurance. I hope this adds some clarity and if you call us on the 6th, we can try to see what we can do to help you on your gift card.

      These people will withhold your car in hopes to accrue insurance costs. And if insurance wont pay, they will try to put a lien on your car! Theyre liars and will illegally withhold your car, come up with any and every excuse in the book to not release your car once they get their hands on it. Then they will invoice you $250 a day for the time that they refused to return your car. ***** this company at all cost!

      We always try to fix every car. We always try to work with insurance to get your car approved. The insurance is supposed to pay any fees associated with the vehicle unless it is pulled out in the middle of the process.

      BY NO MEANS USE THIS COMPANY I WAS AN EMPLOYEE FOR 3 MONTHS AND WAS NOT PAID THEY ARE PATHOLOGICAL LIARS WHO SAY YOUR RATES WILL NOT GO UP. IT IS A LIE. THEY OWE ME OVER $1,000 AND THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CLIENTS. THEY WILL OVERCHARGE THE INSURANCE COMPANY AND MAX OUT YOUR RATES.ALSO ALL REVIEWS ON HERE ARE BY EMPLOYEE'S DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM

      They did an amazing job fixing my hail damaged vehicle. They use paintless dent repair and restored my ****** back to its original value before the hail. ****** and the rest of the shop managers were so helpful during the process, even when my insurance was hard to deal with, they took care of it all so I didn't have to. My car looks fantastic! I would recommend this company over and over again. The Hail Group!
