    We ordered a welding cap from Southern Colorado around July 7 2023 off of the web sight ( Tan/Day of the Dead Print Hybrid Welders Cap ) socohats.com , it was a day of the dead female caricature with your name added to the bottom and back of the hat above the bill . we waited for over three weeks to receive the hat which came in today 8/3/ 23 and when we received it it was nothing like what they have listed on there web page and not what I ordered , it looks like they run out of material or something and they placed the name on the wrong side of the cap from what's posted in the picture on there web page . We've tried unsuccessfully to contact them via phone which was disconnected , email , didn't receive a response , and ******** messenger , no response . We found it kind of odd not to have any sort of customer service or means of contacting and communication or return response ! All im asking for is the hat that's posted on there web page and that I paid for if not then a refund !!

    Ordered two items from the online store on 4/18/23. One was a welding cap and the other was an *****m onesie for the total amount of $57.20 I only received the cap and it is the wrong size. I emailed them twice about the onesie and the cap being the wrong size. I have yet to here back from them.
