    Can't say enough good things about ******. We had not done much preventative maintenance on our heating systems (3), and feared the worst. We were so thrilled with *****, the tech who walked through and performed the services for diagnostics and a few minor repairs. They did all the PMs on our heating systems and two air conditioning systems in our home. Prompt, courteous, professional, skilled, fair and clear pricing. ***** even stopped to get a 2nd opinion from the company founder on one smaller issue, and explained to me why. I have never had a more helpful service on my heating and air conditioning systems than the good people at ******. We are now on a schedule and feel really satisfied and safer now that these things are a part of our maintenance schedule. --**** and ****, ****************. Nice work!

    Professional and prompt service. **** provided complete information and a detailed quote before installing my new furnace. The installation went quickly and the followup inspection went off without a hitch. Overall there were no surprises. I highly recommend ******. (In the interest of full disclosure, ***** **** and I worked at the same company in 2017 and 2018 but haven't been in contact since.)

    After my HVAC Maintenance guy (for years) would not schedule my annual furnace tune-up, I researched and decided to go with ******. Not only were they price competitive, but they also had good reviews and a good BBB rating as well. *****, the tech, showed up on time and completed the task. Real respectful. Answered a few of my questions regarding filters and was on his way. I intend to call them back in the Spring for A/C services. Highly Recommend!!

    After I had an air conditioner installed by another company, my tenants notified me that the air conditioner was freezing up and no cold air was reaching the second floor. The original installer returned several times and his only solution was to replace the furnace as well to get more airflow. When I got a second opinion from Bergs heating, ***** said A new furnace would cost thousands of dollars and would NOT solve the problem. He said he could add an additional air intake to the actual furnace. For a fraction of the cost, my problem was solved. Professional work at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend

    We have central AC in our home with two units powering two floors and we noticed one of them was blowing air but it wasn't cool. We placed a call to ****** after seeing many recommendations on Nextdoor. This was in the middle of a very hot spell. They were able to make it out within a few days (they were understandably busy and are a small business) to diagnose the problem. After the technician determined that there was a major leak in the system (in the furnace coil), *****, the owner, came out to confirm. Unfortunately, our system had failed after just 14 years. ***** provided us with fair options and we took the opportunity to replace both units because the other unit was in nearly as bad shape. We ended up with much better and more efficient units. He ordered the units right away and we lucked out when another client had to postpone their install due to a vacation, so within a short time, we had brand new Amana units that we are absolutely thrilled with. Our old units were never this consistent. The install was done in a day by *****; they coordinated with an electrician and the city inspector, and it couldn't have been any easier. We highly recommend this small business. They know their stuff, are very communicative, and absolutely are dedicated to providing impeccable service.

    I highly recommend Berg's Heating & Air Conditioning, LLC - ****************. They not only do the highest quality work in the area, I promise they will not upsell. This is the most honest company I have dealt with ever. They installed a whole home humidifier in our house, and it made a world of difference. We were shocking everything and everyone constantly, including our dog. We even kept blowing out our thermostats due to the static electrical shocks every time we went to adjust the thermostat. We love it! We refuse to let any other company touch our units ever again. They provide military and senior discounts, as well! I suggest you give them a call. You wont be disappointed.
