    Comech is an amazing company to work with. I cant imagine working with another HVAC company. They are honest and well priced. **** always answers his phone. When I need something. I will refer them to all my friends and family! Thank you for all you do!

    We were referred by another friend that we usually use for furnace issues, however they were not familiar with an electric only furnace so they gave us this companies number. We had them come out 1/22/24 and the tach was unable to figure out the issue and had to call the owner to fix the issue. We then lost heat again 1/31 and went ahead and replaced the thermostat since that was the issue when they came out last time. However, we were still not getting any heat after changing that out and asked them to come and look at it again as it was doing the same thing. Apparently it was a breaker and the tech was here for 10 minutes, but they charged us another service call fee as they said it was a different issue. We just feel like they could have not charged us again as we had just paid them $225.00 last week and all they did was reprogram the thermostat. We will not be recommending them or using them again in the future.

    ******, I am sorry you feel you were over charged/charged twice for the service you received. I can understand your frustration when your heating system isn't working properly. I am sorry that it took ************** some time the first time to diagnose your problem. Some problems are not cut and dry to the point. My technician wanted my thoughts as the owner on what he was seeing in the field. He knew the issue was your thermostat after spending time on your heater knowing everything was working correctly with the air handler. As the owner and personally receiving a call from my cousin **** about your issues early that morning. I just so happen to not be far away and decided to come by to look for myself. Because he told me your husband informed him it was a newer stat and you guys haven't ever had a problem with it. Most companies I feel would have just replaced your Thermostat and charged you a lot more money. This would have fixed your issue and would have been more expensive of a service call. I came by and reset the thermostat to factory settings and reprogram it for your particular kind of system. At that time your system was working correctly. We then received a call 2 weeks later saying you was having issues again and that you had replaced the thermostat because the system wasn't working and you figured maybe that was the issue. But your home still had no heat. Comech again sent a tech out to your home where they tech found you had a breaker issues and no power to the system. unfortunately these are two separate issues. If this would have been the same issue or something we would have possibly caused CoMech would have had no problems crediting the service call. But being how this was a unrelated issue with something that had no possibilities of being related. CoMech felt the $105 service call was fair. As much as we would love to help every customer by doing free services. We unfortunately cant do that for obvious reasons. Once again I am sorry for your bad experience with CoMech and if i can further assist in any way please let me know.
