I have used Fountain Valley Mechanical several times because they understand the heating/water heater system in my condo. I have been extremely pleased and recently in awe as to how much the entire company dealt with me and especially ****** who is utterly amazing.

1 starFountain Valley mechanical used to be an honorable company however within the last several years it has diminished ethics and in quality. They're overpriced. And they'll ***** you on every aspect of their service. They've let go of some of their best technicians. The gal at the the front desk is fantastic but the owner is unprofessional rude and greedy. When you press him for reasonable compromise he will twist the facts and has recently implemented outrageous fees including $300 and up per hour for visits to simply flip a switch. Because there are regularly not available times during the day and even though the the customer may be freezing and pipes may be breaking they will take advantage and charge $300 and up for a one hour minimum just flip a switch. The worker was on site an amount of 15 minute work with a 10 minute drive but charging $300. Nice work if you can get it. Buyer beware!!! We're looking for a new company after a furnace, two hot water heaters and swamp cooler maintenance. You'd think after giving them $6,000 worth of business they would value their customer. 5 starsIt is refreshing to find a company run with integrity, professionalism and excellent customer service. Fair pricing and quality work were also part of my experience.
