**** came in and assessed our situation and came up with a solution and spent 4 hours along with his co worker to make sure we had AC, we did not have any for 2 weeks and they came to save the day and had everything that they needed on hand highly recommend themPolar Bear Mechanical Ltd

We used this company when they were brand new. They were so professional and knowledgeable. They helped us replace our air conditioner and walked us thru every step and taught us how to maintain the unit. They have grown so much as a company the past few years and they continue to be just as professional as the beginning. They are out to truly help the community and not just make money. This company was able to accommodate after hours service which was surprisingly hard to find. **** was great! He was on time, articulate, and efficient. He identified a potential issue that we were not able to address at the initial visit, however, he returned within the next 30 days free of diagnostic charge to make that repair. Additionally, once we realize the ** would likely need that repair, he came out the same day we made a service call request - wow! I was surprised and thankful. ** has been working great ever since. This will be my go-to company for ** issues as long as we live nearby. Strongly recommend.Polar Bear Mechanical Ltd

I have found my new heating company! When your heater goes out on a Saturday in January, you want reassurance if not immediate assistance, and that is what Polar Bear provided. The office staff communicated with me several times before ******* and **** arrived; those two young men were polite, knowledgeable, respectful, and efficient. PROJECT: Furnish and install one replacement bathroom exhaust fan w/same make/model, AND also replace a second bathroom fan w/a larger unit to compensate for a larger # of cubic feet in a 2nd bathroom (that the original builder under-calculated, some years ago) This also necessitated some repair work on the ducting in adjacent attic. 1) Timely, thorough estimate, with options, alternatives discussed and explained, first on the phone, by ****, and then secondly, by estimator at our home.2) Fair price 3) Excellent workmanship by an efficient, amicable journeyman, *****..4) Good follow up to ascertain that all's well & functioning properly & that we're happy.Overall assessment = 5 stars out of 5. --********Polar Bear Mechanical Ltd
