In October of 2024 I contacted and was interviewed by ******* ***** (********) for membership into their cancer care clinic. I had completed my cancer treatment and was cancer free. I wanted to pursue a metabolic approach to maintaining health and I was recommended to them from a renowned cancer treatment individual **** *********. This longevity clinic claimed they followed her protocols (including Dr ******* ********).I paid $4500 and had 20 appointments set up as part of my membership. I received one office visit with the doctor which proved frustrating because it wasnt really anything but fact finding, which be already had from my treatment notes from the hospital. Only one other appt was made with the doctor: 30 minutes to review my toxin results with no offer of what I needed to do.I received limited support from the cancer coach (two 30 minute appts which were supposed to be 1 h each) and I dropped weight dangerously and rapidly. I had no ********** the interim, the 20 appts that were made were extinguished by the company one at a time. From October to the present day I have had 4 appts. The membership fee for the next two months was $1500.00. For this I received nothing but emails about telehealth things that had nothing to do with cancer treatments or metabolic maintenance. They then admitted they didnt follow this protocol. When my genome sequencing tests came back mid November no one called to review any of it. I was supposed to do it myself I guess.I had a cancer test done in December and my markers were up. Dr ******** said biofrequencies every day. This involved a very expensive machine that cost $5200.00.I purchased this but found out it was only $2500 online and Shawnee had added $2500 of her support albeit she is not a doctor or a specialist in this field whatsoever.I have continued to try to return this item but am now being told to send it to the manufacturer who will charge me 30%. I never signed any agreement re refund etc.

I had a initial appointment on 10/17/2022 with ********************************** at Longevity Care Clinic. I was referred to Longevity by my retiring doctor. The initial consultation was to find out if the doctor would mange my ******** Set Aside (********* for a back injury. I discussed the medical care that is needed for my back injury with the doctor. The doctor was given a copy of the needed medical treatment/medication plan. He agreed to treat me for my back injury and related care that is listed in the *** treatment plan. Longevity Care Clinic website advertised a no charge initial appointment. I showed the ****** staff this on their website. Initially they were still going to charge me $150.00 for this appointment. They decided to honor the no charge visit at the end of my consultation. I also verified the charge of $150.00 for doctor ****** visits. My *** account only allows me to pay a predetermined dollar amount for my medical care expenses. Then on 4/20/2023 Longevity sent me a bill for $275.00 for this appointment approximately 6 months later. Not only are they now trying to charge me for this n/c visit, they want to increase charge for my free consultation. The bill states that this charge is for a one hour visit. My consultation wasnt even half of a hour. There is a complete list of initial testing/procedures to expect with the first visit on the website, which wasnt part of my consultation. Longevity has since updated their website making a lot of changes along with removing the no charge initial consultation. I feel they are trying to take advantage of a self pay, disabled senior.

Clients initial free consultation was on 9/6/2022.  The free consultation happened as promised; however, an initial visit began when ******************** was asked to render services.  He reviewed his medical treatment/medication plan and created prescriptions.   The time it takes for the doctor to review, create, and send prescriptions took more than an hour of the doctor's ***************************** understand that Client does not understand the complexities of accepting a new patient into a physicians care, but when a doctor is reviewing treatment plans, medications, and medical history, the doctor is assuming liability and responsibility for the new patient and this plan.  This takes the physicians time and analysis, and this is not free.

Clients plan and medications were reviewed and faxed to the pharmacy on 9/6/2022,  Since medical services were rendered, he was charged.  We billed for his initial visit at $275 and we billed for his follow up visit on 10/17/22 at $150.
Longevity has since changed our pricing to $450 per hour for initial visits that include the testing that is described on the website.  Client did not get that and he was not charged for that and it was not even offered at that time.

I am rejecting this response because Longevity & ******************** was fully aware that my appointment was to see if he could manage my MSA  treatment. The doctor said he would manage the care. I didnt decide to be a new patient of Longevity, ******************* until the end of the appointment. The doctor asked me if I needed any medication filled. Also, at the end of my appointment. He filled one medication.
There wasnt any additional services, work, history or evaluations performed by the doctor during my appointment that wasnt part of the  visit, besides filling one prescription. I should have been told that there would charge me if he filled any medications at the appointment. I wouldnt of filled any prescriptions because none of medications were in urgent need.
I was told twice the charge would be $150.00 for office visits, not $275.00. I was going to my vehicle to get my wallet to pay for this visit, that was when I was informed Longevity would honor the no charge appointment.
My first new patient appointment was on 10/17/22 to fill my medications. That was why I made the next appointment for approximately one month later with *******************. I would normally make the next appointment in three to four months.Longevity changed my appointment to the ****** without informing me.
I was never informed of the $275.00 charge from Longevity Care Clinic until approximately six months later,  by email, after raising their fees. I previously contacted Longevity about this bill in person. The office personnel told me they would contact me when the office staff returns in a week. Longevity never contracted me.
I couldnt of used Longevity for my ******** with charges at $275.00 for office visits.
I previously enter the wrong dates for the office visits timeline, but this really doesnt change anything about the charges.
    Sincerely,
    ***********************
