  Built our home with Campbell Homes this year and they have been great to work with from the start! The Sales, Construction, and Warranty teams were very helpful and responsive throughout the process.

  Spent $455,600 dollars on a home with Campbell. We closed in October of 2020. We just sold our home and had to pay over $10K to restucco the entire house. The inspector for the sale found multiple cracks that exceeded normal standards and told us that the repairs had to be done before the sale could go through. We had three separate companies and the stucco manufacturer come take a look at the home and all agreed that the stucco was applied incorrectly at the time of home build. We were told that if we did not repair the stucco that the foundation would be damaged. Normal stucco is painted every **** years and resurfaced every ***** depending on circumstances. We had to replace it after 3 years. When we reached out to Campbell inquiring that 3 separate companies stated it was built incorrectly and applied before the concrete had dried =, they told us to contact the contractor that applied the stucco. We contacted Legacy Stucco and they ignored us, said 1 year warranty and never responded after 4 text messages. Campbell agreed to look at it with Legacy and they never showed up on 2 separate occasions and ghosted us. After we paid 10K and sold the home Campbell reached out and said that Legacy would be there to look at the home for a 3rd time even though we moved. Campbell's response at the end of the day, after we spent almost half a million dollars is they only cover stucco for 1 year even if it was appllied incorrectly during the home build.

  This buyer purchased their home from Campbell Homes over 2.5 years ago. They were concerned about some hairline cracking they had noticed a couple of months ago and asked us to investigate. Our ************* team came out to inspect and informed the owner that the hairline cracking was within our standards, not compromising the building envelope nor was it an indication of a bigger problem. We then asked the manufacturers representative to investigate as well and he came to same conclusion as our ************* team. The owners claim for reimbursement was denied for three reasons. 1) they brought the claim forward about 1.5 years after the warranty had expired. 2) *********** warranty specifically states Campbell Homes is not obligated to reimburse owners for work done by anyone other than Campbell Homes and 3) the hairline cracking did not exceed our company standards, the manufacturers standards nor the national standard set by the ******************** of Homebuilders. We are disappointed to hear this owner was not satisfied with our decision but it is consistent with our written policies and industry standards.

  Campbell homes has made moving into a new home into a nightmare. My new home was the first of four on a small circle to be completed and is bordered on both sides by Campbell homes under construction. I am consistently blocked in or out of my home by Campbell-employed trades, even after repeated requests to management for help to resolve the issue. Management is now harassing workers from the landscaping company we hired and harassing us through email out of retribution to our requests for help. I dont recommend anyone build with Campbell and certainly do not recommend building near Campbell.

  DP closed on his new home (built by another builder) sometime in December of 2022.  A total of four homes are located on a small knuckle off of Grand Lawn Circle.  In addition to DPs home, Campbell Homes (CH) had two homes under construction at the time he moved in; one has since been completed and the other will close in a matter of weeks.  This small knuckle is a one-way street in front of these four homes with parking allowed on one side of the street. 
  CH has promptly responded to all of DPs complaints and CH has worked diligently to *********** to DPs driveway clear to street with access to the main portion of Grand Lawn. 
  CH has not "consistently blocked" DP from access to his property and CH unequivocally denies DPs claims of harassment.
  CH remains committed to maintaining continuous access to DPs driveway for as long as we are building next him and to responding promptly when notified of a problem.
