      I purchased a Sundance hot tub from spa palace 10/8/24. This spa is under warranty with free technician visits. I called today to express my concern with an error message regarding the water flow of the tub, causing the heating element not to work and asked for a technician to come out to help with the issue as it is under warranty. I spoke to **** (Manager) from the Westminster store and he refused to help with the problem and insisted that I pay $179.00 for a technician visit. He argued relentlessly with me about the matter as I communicated that this hot tub is under warranty with free technician visits. Very poor customer service and attempt to charge me for something that is covered by warranty. After about 5 minutes of him telling me that I was wrong and that this problem was not covered by warranty (which it is), he finally committed to having a technician sent out without charge to fix the issue. I purchased this hot tub from spa palace because I have received several statements from ********** in regards to great customer service, however this was a terrible experience.
