    On 6/22 I paid for a room at *********** and was offered a hotel employee room in the back of the hotel. It was a dump. I did not stay at the hotel and was charged the 75 dollars plus a 100 fee on my credit card. You need to investigate this hotel and shut them down.

    I'm sorry that the guest couldn't find her room and went to the wrong spot of the property. It is not true that we offered her a hotel employee's room. I'm sorry that we couldn't assist her better to find the reserved room at once. When the guest came back to the office and wanted to cancel, the front desk employee offered her a different room, but she refused the offer. $100 deposit was refunded on the same day which is 6/22/2024 on her actual credit card. However, $54.28 was charged on her Expedia Virtual Card for the reserved room, and it was not $75. The room charge is not refundable because of the same day cancellation policy. Please see attached for the refund transaction and the guest folio for the room charge.

    I am rejecting this response because:

     

    All of their response is bull s*** They are the biggest liars. The key worked for the room behind the hotel where the employees live. I immediately went back to the front desk after given the key to the room and was given NO alternative room. This hotel needs to be investigated for the conditions and practices.
