    My ******** **** was damaged while it was in possession of The Broadmoor Hotel's valet parking from 2/17/2023-2/18/23. The left rearview mirror was knocked off and hanging from the electrical wires when the valet returned our keys to us upon giving them the valet ticket for departure. After two phone calls with the security supervisor and an additional call with The Broadmoor Hotel's manager and security supervisor stating they had reviewed the video multiple times and had interviewed their "honest staff members down there" we were informed they would not take responsibility for repairing the damage and falsely accused me and my husband of making a fraudulent damage claim. In response, my husband informed them we were going to litigate and requested all copied of the videos be sent to him as we were also filing a police report of automobile damage at the Broadmoor Hotel. Within 20 minutes, we received a call back from the hotel manager and security supervisor informing my husband they went back and reviewed the video again and saw one of their ******* knock off the mirror with the baggage cart and they would cover the damage and upgrade our next visit. All of this took place over an additional 40 minutes on-site for their management to document the damage, three phone calls with the security supervisor and two more calls with the hotel manager and security supervisor over a $500 side mirror! I am permanently disabled and am now incurring additional medical expenses due to the trauma and personal injury caused by the treatment of the The Broadmoor Hotel's management team during our stay at The Broadmoor Hotel which was to be a celebration our 25th wedding anniversary.
