    It's really unfortunate things went this way. I tried to work out a reasonable solution with the person of contact for this company. I paid them nearly $500 to clean my house. For this amount of money, I expected the house to be clean better than it had. Lots of things were missed (the showers looked worse than what I left them, areas weren't dusted, there were streaks and food on tables and counter tops, and some areas weren't even touched), the staff were not properly trained, and when asked for an extra an hour of payment to finish the job, I agreed. I sent pictures to highlight the lack of cleaning that was done and was told they can return only to charge me more to do the job they were paid to do in the first place. I did not receive adequate services for what I paid.
