    I had cleaning services done by this company done. I was never asked to pay for the service when scheduling and the cleaners said the owner would send me a bill. After the cleaners left, I walked through the home and was very dissatisfied with the work. I asked for an extra service that cost $30 to clean the oven, which was completely untouched. The bathtub in the master bath was completely untouched. There were several other unacceptable areas. I made a ****** review about the situation. About a week after posting the review I was contacted by the owner who took my complaint and said she would get back to me about a billing adjustment. She NEVER called. I never received a call or bill on the situation. All of a sudden in like February of 2024, I receive a letter threatning collections. So I called the main corporate office to inquire why when I never received a bill and was still waiting for a resolution for my service. They said they would forward to the local owner. I never heard another thing. Now I am receiving debt collections from a debt collector. The original amount has never been adjusted. They are still asking for ******.

    The Cleaning Authority had missed several cleanings. We cancelled our service and have been attempting to have the key to our house returned. They failed to deliver our key back when they said they would. This is a security issue as we believe they have lost the key to our house.

    To whom it may concern:

    This matter has been resolved with the customer on 10/23. The key belonging to the customer was never lost, it was kept in a ************ box. The Manager had several emergencies arise during the week that prevented her from dropping off the key. The key was available at the office for the customer to pick up during the week. We definitely appreciate him working with us and the feedback.
