    I found the experience of shopping and purchasing an engagement ring and a subsequent wedding ring to be incredibly dissatisfying. The quality of the product was quite good. However, the customer service and attention to detail of the order were deplorable. It took almost 10 weeks to get the rings based on repeated mistakes to include not sizing the rings correctly and fitting the engagement ring into a slider incorrectly. There is a culture of arrogance and entitlement by this jeweler and his staff to customers. When I pointed out they had addressed me incorrectly via mail, I was admonished and banned from the store. This is unacceptable and unprofessional. I would go somewhere else where one is treated with dignity and respect, and there is attention to detail and the customer's wishes.

    ****** Graff is a creep who needs to get a life. He called me at my place of employment over a bad review like a child then when I went to his work to confront him about it, he called the police, what a complete spineless coward.
