      Hermec did a good job installing our new landscaping in Cordera, however, during the following year some of the plants had died and we have tried repeatedly to get ahold of them and they have repeatedly ignored our calls and emails.

      We built a Vanguard home in Wolf Ranch in 2020. The sales person gave us Hermec Landscaping as their landscaper that we could bundle in with the sale of our house. We spent almost $18,000.00. We closed on our home October 15, 2020 and when we arrived we saw they were planting trees, bushes, flowering plants. We asked before the closing if they would not plant until spring 2021 and were told by Vanguard that they would advise Hermec. We told them not to plant anything so Hermec went to Vanguard, *********************, and said they would maintain all landscaping over the winter.They came out to water 3 times from October 2020 to June 2021. Our 10 ft evergreens were in bad shape but we have nursed two of the three back to health and still working on one! The front tree was dead so when they came to sod in June 2021 we told them it needed to be replaced. We told Hermec that the tree did not have proper drainage and all the water from our grass was seeping into the tree. They planted the new tree last part of July 2021 or first part of August ********************************************** it. We have really tried to save that second tree but in the spring of 2022 but it is now dead too. We worked with our realtor who contacted **************, *********************, and we thought they were going to get Hermec to replace the tree. Just received an email that they will not warranty this tree and also have said, erroneously, that we signed a waiver that stated we would take care of our landscaping in winter 2020! We did not sign a waiver nor did they make good on their promise of taking care of our yard. In our defense, we didn't touch the yard because we were told not to due to warranty! Not sure what this review will do because they have our money and now we have to buy a new tree and have it planted before we are fined from HOA for having a dead tree in our yard. This has been such a long, hard issue for us. Now we have to spend more money to replace tree
