    I prepaid for both ******* and Level 2 classes. It was written that there were no refunds for the prepaid packages, which i assumed was because you can book both classes at the same time, and thus 'take up a seat' and by the time you want to cancel it is too late for them to fill it. On the very first day of class, it became very obvious that this class organization did not allow their Life Coaches to give advice, guidance, or recommendations to help their clients, which is what MY emotionally abused clients need. So the entire 6 day, $1995 course was of no use to me. I wrote immediately about getting a partial refund. I had pain $995 for the first Level but expected to be able to get my $1,000 back for the second since the dates I had reserved are still 2 months away so I am sure they are going to sell my seat. But NO they are sticking to their guns and offering NO refund, which is ridiculous because there are NO costs to cover. It is a rip off, and definitely an unfair business practice. They should not be allowed to do this!!

    The customer was refunded in full for 2 classes this morning. Despite there being no-refunds and her acknowledging that she understood and knew there were no refunds for her purchase. She was only asking for partial refund but we decided to give her the full refund. I have included a link to her refund here: https://squareup.com/receipt/preview/DZMGParvjss4pAI2eOB9HOafzBbZY and also her original registration in which she chose, "Yes" I understand there are no refunds on a package deal. Something we re-iterate several times prior to registration. By giving her a refund we broke our policy for her. The package deal gives a $295 that is a given when you agree to take both classes when signing up to get the deal, and understand it is non-refundable. Despite what she thinks we will not be able to fill her seat because our Level 2 classes can only be taken by students who have completed ******* and therefore we have a much smaller pool of customers to sell to. Despite this, we issued a full refund this morning, more than she had asked for. We do however, as a company, feel bullied and threatened by this woman. And would like nothing to do with her in the future, this is why we issued the full refund.

    Please dismiss this complaint as again she was refunded in full. If you cannot click the link I can provide a .pdf of the refund as well.
