    1 star is being generous in my opinion. For starters, I expressed to whom I believe is the owner of the company, that I only had a certain amount of money and asked if that will fix the problem or not. he assured that he would have the car starting by the end of the day. Not only did he originally ask for more than the amount I agreed to but he stripped out 1 s**** with an impact driver (highly unnecessary to use power tools on such fragile parts). I had another lock ***** company come out 2 more times total and they still charged me less than what magic key charged me for maybe an hour. Educated me about how I should probably ask for my money back because I was absolutely bamboozled. I trusted the APPPEARANCE of Magic Key because he advertises how important family is on their website while price gauging me, knowing I just had surgery on one hand, borrowed the money to pay him and my 3 year old daughter had been dropped off while he and I were talking about my ignition. He even mentioned how important family is and to go spend time with her and he would get me when he's done. Why would you price ***** someone who isn't a professional in your "profession", obviously struggling to stay afloat and provide 0 documentation , invoice, explanation of his findings, etc. He suggested I ask a friend who is handy with cars and work on it myself. This was of course after he took all of my money and knew I couldn't afford to call out anybody else but he did however offer to make me, yet another, useless key once I solve the problem myself. Haven't heard back after I sent the company a polite yet firmly worded email about my dissatisfaction with Magic Key. I had to take out another loan to get a more ethically considerate locksmith who walked me through what he was going to do, educated me about every single finding, even ran to the junk yard to get the parts i needed, fixed it & didn't tell me how overwhelming his schedule was that day like magic key mentioned more than once.
