    I'd give zero stars if I could. $140.00 for a ten minute visit to tell me my freezer isn't repairable. The tech spent most of the time cussing and hitting his computer. Theses guys are a bunch of crooks. Stay far away.

    Well ****** you called us to diagnose your freezer that was not working and were quoted a ****** diagnosis fee which you agreed to. We sent a technician to your home and they deemed the unit unrepairable, regardless the news trip charges are not free.

    Great experience in a not so great situation. I purchased a new fridge that wasnt keeping temp. The *** I had from D3/A-OK was great in working on the problem and resolution.

    DO NOT USE D3! They came on a warranty repair and stated he could not look at my dryer if it was not making the loudest noise that it makes. It was still noisy and I said it gets way louder and offered to show him a video, he laughed and refused and told me to call them when its loud, which it comes and goes but always somewhat noisy.This was a wed before Thanksgiving and he (*****) was more concerned of getting home to deep fry his turkey than my ******** he left. I called whirlpool again and told them not to ever send this company again, they did, and it was ***** again, so I sent him on his way. They decided to charge me even tho I complained about him to the company.Moral of the story, they were sent from whirlpool warranty repair so make sure you ask their sending or who you use.

    Everyone please DO NOT use D3 Appliances. They will charge you an arm and a leg for their service.We were charged $379 for arepairthat only took 20 mins and involved zero parts.Details: We ran the self-cleaning mode on our oven, and the door would not unlock. The technician pulled the stove from the wall (with the help of my husband), took off the back of the stove (which we had already done ourselves), and had to call the oven company for them to tell him where the reset button was. $379 for this. Unbelievable. I expressed my dismay to the management of D3, and they basically ignored me. Please find a different appliance repair company in ****************. You can do much better. I'm telling all of my friends and family. Note: I have no problem with the technician. I don't believe it was his fault. I have a problem with the owner/management of this company for charging highway robbery.

    ***** *. Very professional, courteous; thorough in repair and replacing Whirlpool Dishwasher Heater. He was fast yet detailed and explained the process. Highly recommend ***** *. I have never had a negative experience with any D3/A-OK Technicians?

    10/11/24 15:08: MH there 11 FRI, 14:53 to 15:06, Asked for POP upon my arrival to verify unit is in warranty. Cx called point of purchase, agent from Conns wouldnt email POP and Cx started to sware and threatened to hit dishwasher with a sledgehammer. To not escalate situation I picked up and left. Cx followed me down street yelling. ; Job Cmpltd, saved tckt [Tckts\532140a.png], snapped 1 QuickPics (via SDM)

    I would avoid this company at all cost as they are only looking to make money. They ultimately fired one technician because he over charged us, ordered wrong parts and extended our repair by over a month. Recently, they repaired a microwave (Miele) and ordered the parts they thought they needed. Once the repair was finished, they told me the extra parts that they ordered and I didn't need, were mine and they wouldn't return them and I wouldn't be getting a refund. Good luck with these clowns.

    ********** came to our house and told us there was nothing wrong with our washer. When we told him the issue and then showed him that it didn't work, he told us that it was our fault and then left. Now they expect payment for something a service they did not do. The company is unwilling to negotiate or talk about the situation and how *************** was.

    C3 Appliance has been working on my washer for 3 months technician by the name of ****** came to my house motor was out needed a new motor replace the motor new motor didn't work had to replace the new motor again also had to replace the circuit board still didn't work getting errors how to replace the circuit board again. Washer was still making loud noises wasn't working correctly come to find out the tub needed to be replaced so he replaces the tub installs the new tub this tub was an install correctly the washer was still making the noise call D3 Appliance they came back let him know what I saw because between the tub and the door there's a huge gap the doors wouldn't shut I keep getting an error for the door not closing on the panel. ****** brought an older technician seem like a more experienced technician because ****** is very young yes he's professional but at the same time he is very inexperienced I can tell. The older technician advised it's a good thing we called that we should make sure and follow through if noise persists. They had to fix the tub how it was installed cuz it was installed incorrectly they tested it no noise. Course they did test it with no clothes in there and the washer didn't make the noise. When I went to wash clothes a few days later the noise is back. I had to leave town for work for a few weeks. Came back had to contact D3 Appliance again to come back out to my home and they sent ******. ****** looked at the washer told us the shocks were broke now and it would be $800. I was upset at this point. I asked ****** when you were here last time the shocks were not broke correct he said correct. I asked him to have his manager call me he said ***** would contact him never got any calls I have copies of all calls texts and everything. I went into the washroom found two screws on the Shelf above washer. D3appliance never put my washer back together correctly. I've asked him to send them back to fix this I don't know where they need to go

    Good morning, The first call was completed 3-29-24, the consumer then requested a second visit where ***** and ****** went to the home reinstalled the door boot and then RAN the unit with towels and the unit checked out fine, there as well is a signature on the ticket from the consumer. 6-24-24 almost 3 months later the consumer placed a call for us to look at the unit and at that time the consumer was given a quote for the shocks that are compromised and did not wish to move forward and refused to pay for the service fee as it was out of the 30 day warranty period. I travel often for work more so then most and have never had a business trip last for a 3 month period as well there are two owners listed to the washer so the one not on the 3 month long business trip would have to do laundry at some point. The quote for the compromised shock absorbers has been closed due to non payment of the service call fee.
