    *********************!! These people are total scammers please beware and stay away. I called for an estimate to fix my washing machine. They told me one price but said they needed to send a tech to confirm what the issue was. The guy showed up was at my house for all of two minutes and did the same test I had already done and confirmed what I had originally told the company was wrong with the machine and still charged me the $95 for less than 3 minutes of work. The tech then told me the ***** cost to repair which was fair. I later received an estimate invoice for double the cost of what the tech quoted. When I spoke to customer service who was not polite and intrupted me multiple timed took no acountability for the fact that i was required to pay for a technician to come out who then quotes me a price just for the company to send me an invoice with a $400 repair price when a brand new machiene is 500$ These people are crooks and scammers who are just ripping people off for $95 any chance they can. Biggest waste of money the repair of springs in my washer would have takin under an hour and i guarantee they are not paying ****** 189$ an hour or even close to that! Go with any other company other than these guys unless you like wasting your money! A true shame to take advantage of honest hard working people!!
