    Service First Appliance Repair is a top-notch, honest, high-quality company. After I broke our front control panel on our ** front loading washer, I contacted Service First and requested a service. They responded the next day and sent out ******** their technician, who quickly diagnosed the problem and promptly made the repair at a reasonable cost. I recommend this company for your appliance repairs.

    Our gas stove was emitting orange flame instead of blue. We knew this could be a serious problem, so I looked on the bbb website for a reputable gas stove repair business.I found Service First Appliance Repair and gave them a call. The minute ***** answered the phone, I knew I had called the right place. She was professional, knowledgeable, kind, and friendly. They sent a technician, ****, the very next day. **** was professional, competent, and polite. He identified the problem quickly, ordered the part and the stove was fixed the next day.I highly recommend this company!

    Lack of communication. Was told in person to just buy a new appliance as it would "probably" be $800; never received an estimate; invoice came 6 months later. Ended up fixing it myself for a quarter of the price I was never officially quoted. Turned out they had the wrong e-mail and could see that it was never opened, but never called about it.
