    Back in march I went to this business for permanent makeup services days later I was landed in the emergency room with infection from lip fillers and microbladingupon contacting the business owner about these issues she just advised me to take pain medication and let it heal gave no resolution.I had let the business owner know multiple times I was very upset for services I paid over **** for and hated the outcome of again no resolution was given.I was supposed to have a touch up at the end of march for microblading upon showing up to the place of business for our scheduled appointment the owner was no where to be seen and the business appeared closed.Again upon contacting the owner the only resolution she could give was to go again the next day after she treated me with horrible customer service.I would like to seek a refund of some sort from this business since I did not receive the full service I had paid for. I have contacted the business for a refund or to seek a resolution and have been ignored and had my phone number blocked if I can not achieve a refund this way Ill look into small claims court.

    We followed up with her multiple times we scheduled her follow up after her first session and she canceled but showed up randomly without an appointment to anther day

    Answered all her questions and expectations the same day she also went to summit

    the services we did was her lash extensions eyebrows and lip filler gave her well over 500 dollars off

     

    she had texted me about her reaction to her eyebrows so she had went to her doctor and they recommended Benadryl which took

    I am more than happy to do her follow up she only had one session with us Druitng her consultation let her know she would have to come in for a follow up to fix or add any shapes.

     

    we do provide laser if need to remove or color correction but seems like she loves her look because she posted on ******** on ********** and brows and lip filler she got done and she has had 30 likes ladies telling her she beautiful.. and she does look great Im not going to make her look like like ***********************!

    I do not agree with the statements provided due to them simply not being true. As you can see in the provided text message receipts she set my appointment for march 21 at 10:00am. After that you can see I texted her to cancel My appointment because I was not happy and she proceeded to provide after care instructions to dismiss the fact that I had an infection.And then proceeded to say see you soon insinuating that we were still good for my appointment. Never once confirmed a cancellation. So then as you can see I showed up at her place of business for my appointment March 21 at 9:55am 5 minutes before the scheduled appointment time and she was not there. I was so upset that I did not trust her to do anymore work on me but rather requested a refund which she also ignored my request for. I do not care how many dollars I saved I still paid **** for a service I was not at all happy with which now the results are completely gone from. Yes I do now feel more confident because I had to pay to get a brow tint and lamination and new lash extensions by another med spa due to them saying my eyebrows are so badly scarred from the micro blading that I would not be able to get micro bladed again. I also do not appreciate a business owner ******** stalking me when I signed a confidentiality form I am requesting nothing but a refund and I wont stop until I get it.
