Integrity helped us at a time that was not so wonderful. We were with a different billing company that made it clear we were NOT their priority. If fact our previous company created a billing nightmare. Integrity took on this enormous amount of work and straightened out what I thought was a lost cause. We have never looked back and have stayed loyal ever since. They are a dedicated team and very relatable.

This billing service is by far the best billing company to work with. I have worked with many billing companies in the past. Many of which did not truly understand how to bill for a primary care clinic. ******* does! She worked tirelessly to assist me untangling an insurance mess over the Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years holiday season 2024. Without *******, I would still be battling the insurance company to untangle their mess. Head and Shoulders above any billing company out there in my opinion, as a business owner of a primary care clinic!Integrity RCM Solutions, LLC
