    Avoid at all costs. This place is run by thieves. I lost a ring their a week ago. Asked if anyone turned it in. Without even checking they said no no one turned it in can I take your name. Gave my name walked away.Came back because maybe they were under the impression that I lost it that day hence the quick reply. They said no we, will call you. I said do you have a lost and found. Employee pokes around a couple baskets and says no. Claims they only have the safe and nothing else and they know everything that's already in there. I said since I'm here can you at least double check. This employee refuses to check so and is just staring at me, so of course now I'm getting upset. I asked for a manager and the same little blonde girl comes back out and says I'm the general manager one step below the owners I know everything that's going on here. So I say do you have a lost and found because this person is claiming you don't. She replies yes we have the drawer over there and the safe. I say can you please double check the bin or let me look in it? They refused.So long story short this place is run by crooks who steal your belongings. Don't leave anything behind here or else it'll end up in the pockets of the employees

    Customer reached out to us regarding a lost ring close to a week ago. As per our procedure, we took down contact info, date, and time should his ring be found.

    Customer then called morning of 8/12/23, was told by employee no ring had been found - phone recording record confirms this.

    Customer then came by location prior to noon on 8/12/23, again asking about his ring. Employee at the counter (18 year old female) informed him again nothing had been found. Customer left counter and returned a few minutes later to clarify he meant the ring was lost a week back, not that day. Employee confirmed again that it hadnt been found. All this is confirmed by audio/video recording.

    Customer then seemed to get angry that employee didnt check the Lost and Found storage to his satisfaction. Customer started raising his voice, cussing at, and insulting employee. General Manager (19 year old female) overheard and went to talk with customer.

    Customer continued behaving aggressively, spending close to 5 minutes berating the General Manager over how inept our employees are and how no one was looking for the ring he lost. General Manager informed him again that several employees have checked and nothing has been recovered, and also informed him that he was not allowed to treat our staff with aggression and disrespect.

    Customer wouldnt calm down, so General Manager asked him to leave. Customer demanded a refund for his purchase, which was provided, and continued to argue another 2 minutes over how our staff is poorly trained. 

    As customer left, he screamed insults and expletives back at the counter, and continued to do so through the parking lot. Again all this is confirmed through audio/video.

    Should customers ring be found, he will be contacted and the ring returned.
