      Zero stars. We hired this company in **************** to help us move furniture from our basement so our carpet could be replaced. We knew that we couldnt handle it on our own, and we didnt want to damage our brand new house in any way, so getting help was the solution. However, after this experience, we should have just done it ourselves. Their movers tore up my house! They never used any moving pads or door jam covers (something I know exists because weve had numerous military moves in our time). They put a whole in the wall, left a gigantic scratch along a different wall, marked up almost everything on the way out. And then tore up the flooring and the door jams in my BRAND NEW HOUSE. To say I am mad is an understatement. I will never hire them again. In the process, they also damaged the furniture by shoving it and dragging it across the threshold, and out the doors. I managed to get most of the scuff marks out of the paint, but they still put a hole in one wall, and severely scratched another, and completely damaged a door frame. They also chipped our ******** and left a giant scratch in our brand new LVT flooring. Then they had the audacity to ask for a tip when they were done. The absolute worst decision we have made. Never again will I use this company, and I will tell every single person I know to avoid this company at all costs. At the end, the only thing the manager could say was oh well, you signed a liability waiver (which is required to begin work), and that resolves them of any damage to your property.
