    ******* *****me to their corporate office, which I can only contact through their website. I filled out the contact form and have yet to hear back from them. My goal is to get a full refund for the service. I've attached photos of the breaks that happened from manicure two.

    Hello *******, 

    We understand your frustration and apologize for any inconvenience. All sales are final and we cannot issue a refund for services provided. This is stated online, as well as in our salon along as shown on the receipt of which you had signed. Our salon offers a 7 day grace period from the initial service date in which we offered you a complete re-do after the issue with the first service. We can no longer assist you with this matter as it's outside the grace period date nor assist in your request as it goes against our company policy. We hope you understand.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    They have address their pricing but have not accounted for the poor quality of the service and the distress and injury they have caused. They over charged me regardless because the quality was not there and I did not get what I asked for. And yes I did refuse to return and get my nails done there to fix it because why would I go back a second time? For an equally disappointing nail service? No that does not make any sense whatsoever.

    Thank you for reaching out. We reached out to you via email on 4/29/24 regarding your case.

     

    We charge accordingly to the service requested. Fills start out at $50+, almond shape is $8, you had an additional 2 fingers that required fixing which we charged $16 for, and your design was $30. All of which are not included in the fill process and therefore we do charge accordingly. Our salon manager was aware that you were not pleased with your set and has offered to either repair or redo the same design by another technicians in which you DECLINED our offer and insisted on contacting us for a refund. Unfortunately since a service was rendered, we are unable to issue any refunds as all sales are final. He has offered you a 7 day grace ****** to come in for a fix, in which you did not.  Any fixes outside this grace ******, would require payment for services no longer complimentary.
