My Name is ************. Mercedes Benz of Colorado Springs Targets single black woman and doesn't treat them with the same respect and dignity as their counterparts. My Brand new 2021 A35 4MATIC was hit three months after I bought it. I took it to this ******** **** Dealership and it is still not fixed. The insurance company is in direct communication with ******** of Colorado Springs and they are insisting nothing is wrong with my car. The techs at this dealership do not want to seem incompetent so they are insisting on me getting back in this unsafe vehicle. I am a single black mom with no male support and the tech staff are not holding true to the ******** standard of excellence in their exhibition of CUSTOMER SERVICE! *************************, ****************, are attempting to make me feel crazy about the issues with my car when I KNOW this is not the case. I at this point do not know who to communicate with. In Nov, of 2022 I took my car back to Mercedes Benz of Colorado Springs for the sixth time and they stated nothing was wrong with my car. I then took it to ************************************ and they stated that the struts were bad and printed out the alignment results so I could see what the techs at Mercedes Benz of Colorado Springs had missed. I have every receipt of every transaction from my dealings with Mercedes Benz of Colorado Springs after the accident. I also have recorded conversations of the techs stating there was no issue. My car only has 26k miles and my fourth set of tires are warping on the inside along with my third pair of brake pads and rotors going bad simultaneously. This issue needs to be resolved immediately.

A few weeks back I gave ******** a bad review, I took my SUV in to get the emissions modification recall and when I picked it up, and drove it about 30 miles it shut down, now they're trying to stiff me for an engine that was ************* before they worked on it. I gave that bad review and they're rep called and asked me could I change it because it makes them look bad. I did change it and now they still won't take responsibility for leaving oil out of my vehicle
