    I was lied to about multiple things at the dealership to include the following1. I still dont have paperwork to register my vehicle and now my tags are expired. When I asked the sales *** where my paperwork was after he confirmed it would arrive by mail via text within 30 days. His response Im not the **** 2. My truck doesnt have adaptive cruise like the sales *** told me (I have in writing).3. Was not put on 3 months no payments like guaranteed in writing.4. Cant get any help from **. 5. working on other legal options

    Do not ever buy from this dealership.Bought a ***** Bolt on 12/31/2022 This car has been in the shop 6x over the past year for the same issue and its currently sitting in the shop now with the exact same issue (its been there for 2.5 weeks already).The BBB did nothing, last year ***** was going to buy it back but pulled away and offered a few thousand to lemon the car (But that anchor would still sit in my driveway).You have been warned about **** Maroone and *****. The only good thing is that I have a little *********** and know of at least 5 people that did not buy *****s or from **** Maroone (2 friends went to ****** for their VW as they also do VW). They will do nothing but keep trying to fix the unfixable until you can't do it anymore and throw up your hands in frustration.This has been going on for almost a year now and unfortunately the BBB stops at 1 year.Absolutely horrible company(ies)

    ************** did not have parts available. Moreover, ************** declined the buyback. Not a **** Maroone Issue. We couldn't get the parts to fix the issue and we do not control the buyback decision.

    Awful place! I took my car in for an oil change and ******* came back and told me I needed transfer case and rear differential service as well as a fuel induction service based on the miles on the vehicle! My vehicle only has ****** miles on it. Upon further investigation I read my vehicle ****** and these services arent even recommended for a vehicle until way over ******* miles! They told me I have a leak too but no pictures were sent to me from the inspection and I just dont rust them anymore! Im so disgusted! Ive been going there for years and feel like they are taking advantage of me!

    DONT EVER PURCHASE A VEHICLE THROUGH THESE CROOKS. I BOUGHT MY VEHICLE FOR KIDNEY TRANSPLANT TO DRIVE BACK AND FORTH TO ****** THEY KNEW THIS. IVE HAD TO REPLACE REAR MAIN SEAL, ************** GEAR BOX INPUT SHAFT SEAL. *** HAD MY VEHICLE A YEAR AND HAVENT EVEN BEEN ABLE TO DRIVE IT 700 MILE. LET ALONE IM PAYING FOR A DRIVE TRAIN PLUS WARRANTY THAT GETS DENIED AND A 500 DOLLAR DEDUCTABLE. ******* I LOVED ***** AND THESE PEOPLE HAVE MADE ME SEE ***** DIFFERENT. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CROOKS

    This is a continuation from my last posting. Well, I took my vehicle back for repairs on 12/10/22. I've had it less than a month with less than 200 miles, and it is under the dealerships 3 month, **** mile warranty, and they don't want to fix it. I received a call from an individual telling me that they want to do a swap. That's fine, but it has to be a vehicle that I want and I can use. Well I found even an older model vehicle, 2012 which is a lot older than the 2016 I have now. Which by the way I'm still paying for. Well now they want to charge me more and with bigger payments. I have been without a vehicle since 12/10/22. I was hoping that they would do the right thing without me having to tell them. Yes, someone actually asked me what I thought should happen. They sent me a new offer which I briefly explained already without details. I had to turn it down. I'm actually now speaking with an attorney about their contractual obligation that was signed when I bought the vehicle. We are going to wait and see what the dealership does next before moving forward. I really liked the vehicle I bought and would like to keep it, as long as they fix it. So far I am very unsatisfied with this well known big name dealership. They are not living up to their own standards. Funny thing is, when I've spoken to their other dealerships, they all said the same thing and were surprised that this place wasn't going to fix the car. I'm a retired army veteran with 32 years of service. Not that that should make any difference, but after reading reviews I should have known better. There were a lot of red flags. Let's wait and see what happens next. To be continued
