    I am seeking guidance on how to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau regarding an ongoing issue I have experienced for nearly 2 years with a service package purchased from Mike Maroone Volkswagen. The service was intended to cover interior upholstery cleaning, for which I was charged an additional $2,000$3,000 as part of my car payment. However, despite repeated attempts to utilize this service, I have continuously encountered obstacles and excuses.When purchasing my vehicle, I was assured that any existing water stains on the upholstery would be addressed through a third-party vendor, SONSIO, as part of the package. However, each time I attempt to schedule a cleaning, I am told that it cannot be completed. I have reached out to SONSIO multiple times, where I have primarily communicated with a representative named **** ******** who claims he is attempting to coordinate the cleaning with another vendor. Yet, each time, the vendor withdraws, leaving me without a resolution.Additionally, I have visited Mike Maroone Volkswagen several times to file complaints, hoping for assistance. I have communicated with **** ******, who has been involved in email correspondence with Mr. ******** demonstrating our ongoing efforts to receive service. Despite their assurances, no action has been taken. When I recently visited the dealership again, rather than addressing my concerns or offering a solution, a manager suggested purchasing a new ********** this point, I would like to know how I can officially file a complaint to seek either a refund or the fulfillment of the upholstery cleaning service as originally promised.     The car dealership agreed to purchase my car for 14grand, which included paying off the remaining 7grand at the credit union, then the remaining 7 grand to me. They advised it would take 10days after I dropped off my keys for them to have the check for 7k in my hands, but it's been a week past that and they haven't reached out at all. I've called them multiple times to try and get traction, but nothing has happened from their end up to this point. They've said they would reach me back multiple times at this point, but I have heard nothing. They have had my old car for weeks at this point and I have no recourse.
