Please beware of ***************** dealership in *****************. They don't care about customers at all and try to reap them off as much as possible. Here is my story: We got a *** **** in Sept 2023. The *** **** is easy to steal, especially the older models, but even the new ones are targeted. Our car got broken into, so we took it to Phil Long Kia dealership. Dealing with them was worse than dealing with the thief. We had to call them 10 times a day just to get updates. It took them approx 20 days to give us back our car. They refused a loaner car whereas dealers always offer loaner car .and when we got it back, they had messed up the suspension, but they refused to admit their fault. They also didn't honor the bumber-to-bumper warranty for which we paid $3000 extra on their promise that it covers 100% of the parts. They charged us $2500 for repairs and another $300 for the suspension they broke. Every time something goes wrong, they would blame us and say it's not covered by the warranty. We've never had such a bad experience with ****** or ***** dealerships in the past 30 years. Getting a *** was a big mistake. I wouldn't recommend *** to anyone because customer service is more important than the product itself.

The service department at the Motor City location is a SCAM. They charged me hundreds of dollars for parts & labor that didn't fix the problem then charged me hundreds more dollars when I had to bring the vehicle back. After 4 times, I asked for a refund for some of my money so I can take my car elsewhere and they have flat out refused. The shop ******* won't return my texts or voice-mail.

Absolutely terrible experience. I worked with a super nice car salesman, ****, who worked with me to get the price point I was looking for in July. Offered me a car for almost $1000/monthI said absolutely not! He helped me order a Kia ******** at MSRP that would fit my price point with the trade in of my current vehicle. They said it would be 3-4 months for my new car to come in, talked me into refinancing with them to make it all work. I left happy that day. Messaged with my car salesman a few times over the next two months, and he says they are pressuring him to sell my car to someone elseI told him I hope that isnt how *** does business, because I ordered that car and that would be sketchy and dishonest. Get a call yesterday- 2 months later from a different person- saying my car is in. Awesome! I go to the dealership this morning, and what do you know? Its an upgraded model that somehow got put into the system wrongor switched by the manufacturer, no one knows. But was told if I didnt want it, theyd sell it for 20K over MSRP and someone would definitely buy it. I dont have the same salesman, and my credit has somehow gone down 100 points since they pulled it in July. Cant get me the price I was estimated originally- its significantly higher. But nothing they can do. This was the most dishonest, sketchy experience ever had buying/leasing a car. I feel like this was a set up so they could go and sell that car to the next person for $800-$1000/month. Talk about gaslighting- I was made to feel like this was all my fault- your credit score changed, trade in value wasnt the same, percentage rate went up, cant finance you for that many months because of your credit bracket, you can try to find better financing. Ridiculous. I walked out without a car today- terrible business practice.
