    My experience was amazing. Cashier made me feel comfortable and never pressured. He was extremely knowledgeable and easy to talk to. He was ahoy to work with and I would definitely recommend him to all of my friends truly made it a great experience.

    My brother found a great deal on a car on their website. Application said no surprises at the dealership after submitting financing and getting my credit pulled. Show up and the car is over $8500 more than what I agreed to. They claim the website is in error and needs fixed. No apology, no further explanation, no attempt to regain my business, and took them over a day to fix the website. My brother tried to save things by asking if they could do a deal on a more expensive car, but they said they wouldn't negotiate unless he took down his reddit post where he simply asked for advice on the situation. Just an insane experience. Do not trust their website and do no shop here.

    ***BUYER BEWARE*** LIES FRAUD AND PREMEDITATED SCHEMES FILLING THE POCKETS OF SALEMEN WITH DISPLACED FUNDS!Conspiracy between general manager ***************************, sales ******************************* and finance ********* to take advantage!!I wish I could give negative stars. This business is shady and dishonest and hung up on me when I tried to get more information on a problem. Would not give me the contact information of the sales representative ***************************. *** had ran a hard credit report 7 different times at an amount $7,000 more than we had agreed on. The financing ********* and *** were dishonest telling me the car was in my price range (22k) and my payments would be $147. What they didn't inform me was that the car was actually $6k over my budget and that these payments were biweekly, not monthly. I also informed ***** I was not interested in a warrenty and not to ask again. Which he continued asking and even after being told no, somehow he enrolled me in a 2k 3 year warranty that doesn't even cover anything. The general manager *************************** told me this extra 7k was for taxes and hung up on me. Average ******** car sales tax is 7%. At most my tax should be 2k. I put ***** down on a 28k car and because of Woodmen Nissans schemes and grimey employees, I will end up paying just under 40k for a 28k car. ************************** and ***** should be ashamed of themselves and their dirty practice. They are dishonest and have no morals. Karma will take care of them while I'll be digging myself out of this hole until I'm 35 years old. My plans to purchase a condo are ruined after the process had already began. I will have to live in this vehicle just to avoid housing fees so i can afford to pay it off. All while these employees and their families sleep peacefully at night knowing they took advantage of a young female whose life is now falling apart due to their lies and fraudulent activity. I URGE ALL TO AVOID WOODMEN NISSAN AND THEIR FRAUDULENT SCAMS

    I had purchase a 2023 Nissan Kicks from Woodmen Nissan through ***** (sale person). At the time I trade in a 2013 ***** Insight for $4500.00. Later I realize I could not afford the Kicks and return the vehicle. In order to pay the loan off I gave them the Kicks back and a check for $8,767.58 (Eight Thousand Six Hundred Seven Dollars and fifty-Eight cent). All I wanted back was the ***** Insight or the money I put down as a trade in $4500.00 (Four Thousand Five hundred Dollars). ***** never answer me or call me the next day. I sign 2 blank titles not thinking Nissan is a reap of business. ***** never answer my call so I call the General Manger ************************* at about **** am on May 3,2023 and he said This is my first time hearing this and I will call you back . Its ****am and I decide to write the Better Business Bureau and report this issue.
