      I have purchased more than ten Invicta watches in the past year on line from Shop HQ, the product is very good, as advertised online and at time of purchase of 6 value pays at interest free payments, upon reviewing billing from ************** (credit card co) Im being billed $1,011.00 charges on my account from ************** (financing credit card bank for Shop HQ). On 10/20/22 I called card services line ************ and requested status of my card (synchrony bank) upon my conversation with the representative I was told the card and merchant are not the same, and the outstanding balance represents the charges made on the card, I was also told by the representative from ************** I am being charged an annual interest rate of 29% on the monthly balance every month, I spoke to Shop HQ customer care ************ the representative stated I have satisfied all the value pays purchases-0 balance. Very deceiving, I have been charged interest rates of 29% every month from the very first purchase I made in the past,

      We don't sell Invicta watches. It sounds like this is for Shop HQ and not Fan Shop HQ?
