    On 6/29/2023, I paid $466 for a pair of prescription Oakley sunglasses. I was supposed to receive them in two weeks. After one week I was notified ****** was having difficulties making the lenses and that they were expediting them. After another week I was told the same thing. I asked Impressive Eyes to cancel the order if they can't fill the prescription. But at this time (7/26/23), I still don't have my glasses. They have no customer service at all. I should have been refunded by now. In my review I admitted I was kinda to blame too. I have good instincts but don't follow them. When I first walked in I was ignored. Then a man came in after me and he was immediately greeted with "hello, we'll be right with you" as I stood there in front of that man. Yes, I should have just had my exam and left. ****** learned. But I need to be refunded. Thank you.

    Good afternoon,  ***** is a wonderful lady whose glasses we should have estimated much longer to deliver than we originally told her,  We have spoken many times to her to update and mutually decided to cancel the order.   We wish her the best,  ****
