    I made 2 appointments with Metamorphosis. I made the appointment after the office manager told me that they take my insurance.I went to a consult regarding a procedure that I was thinking of having. They told me they needed my records.Made a second appointment to again talk about the procedure. They informed me that they didn't have my records, even though they sent for them, and I had a cd in my hand. Again, left with nothing accomplished.I decided that I would not go back due to the unorganized staff that never informed me that they agajn never got my records.I received a bill for over $1,800.00 The bill stated that they don't take my insurance even though 2 times they told me they did.Have left 2 messages with their billing department to clarify about the bill.They have never returned my phone calls.When you leave a message for them the message states, "If you received a bill from us, it is probably a mistake". I have no recourse to fix this as you can't get ahold of anyone.Would like a phone call regarding my bill and why their receptionist told me incorrect information

    Metamorphosis required that we pay $598.25 before they provided services. They assured us that when the insurance company paid; they would then refund our payment. First challenge, Metamorphosis did not submit the claim to our insurance company for 4 months. After numerous calls to Metamorphosis to have them submit the claim, they finally submitted the claim. When our insurance company paid we followed up with Metamorphosis requesting our refund. Inevitably, they would transfer the call to their billing department. The billing department eventually acknowledged that they did in fact owe us money and that they would get payment out in about a week. On one such call to their billing department we were told that they had changed billing companies. At this point we decided that we needed to dispute the charge.I had questions on the **** so I called our insurance company regarding the denied portion of the claim. Our insurance company explained that Metamorphosis included a code identified as a modifier is not typical for the billed procedure code. Metamorphosis has not been able to explain this non-typical charge to us. Our insurance company believes that we owe $157.63, not the $598.25 that Metamorphosis continues to hold. We were left with no choice but to dispute the entire charge.We have operated in good faith and we expect the same from the provider.

    Our medical billing was outsourced from January ********************************************** April 2023. The company we used during this time did not communicate issues to ** and dropped the ball regularly, to the extent that we are still struggling not to shut down from the financial losses. Unfortunately, I did not know about the issue with the Mr and ****************** balance until the BBB called our office a few days ago. I did immediately research the issue and reach out to them. I refunded the full amount paid from August 2022 and emailed the refund receipt to them, which I've attached. I believe Mr and ************** are satisfied with this resolution, as overdue as it regrettably is. Please let me know if any other information is needed.
