******* ****** and his employee **** approached my home on June 24, 2024, in regards to repairing my vehicle for hail damage that occurred at the end of May 2024. I was advised they were going to provide a rental along with paying the $500 deductible to State Farm. They did the appraisal on June 25, 2024, and State Farm sent them a check for $12,990.39 which was cashed on July 9, 2024. Ever since the check was cashed I have been given the runaround, blocked from the phone numbers they gave me ******************-209-7216, and ************) and when I went to the address listed (*************************************** **************************) it was the location of a DriveTime. Reading their reviews shows they have left clients with the bill for their rental cars (over $3000) and have done this scam to others. The contract I signed has a federal tax ID of ********** and an email of ************************************************* I just want my money back so I can repair my vehicle.

In 2020, my car was damaged by a hail storm and a rear end. We took our car to be repaired by Elite Paintless Dent Repair and they spent the next year back and forth trying to complete the repairs, not completing them at all, completing them improperly. One of the big selling points of this company was that they covered (paid for and organized) your rental car. While our car was repaired, they had us rent multiple cars out and paid for most at first. In early 2021, they dropped off the car after the most recent repair, took our rental back to the rental facility, did not give us any paperwork for repair or rental, and have since been incommunicado. We were stuck paying for a several thousand dollar rental payment that they had agreed to pay (they deposited their repair check). They returned our car (still with issues) and cut all communication off - they stopped talking to us or answering calls and left us with over $5000 in car rental bills (because they wouldn't pay them) and our car is still not fixed - now we find out the issues they caused from not repairing are still broken and will cost us several thousands to repair but the insurance company won't cover it because they need the original company who was paid to complete the repairs to do them. The company mysteriously closed and will not return calls and we're having to foot this bill ourselves now. If ******* (I believe ******) ever starts another auto repair service, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND STAYING AWAY. I heard he took money out of the company and purchased an expensive home in ******, but who knows if that is true. If anyone is suing them, let me know cuz I'll join you.
