    We received an email proposal from Front Range Painters around March 18, 2025. The proposal was for painting the exterior of our house. The proposal included 4 options:1. The quality of paint, primer and sealants with a corresponding warranty.2. The removal, replacement and painting of 2 beams in the front porch area.3. Painting the deck railings and fascias.4. Painting both sides of the fence along the front of the property. We selected the standard paint option and the replacement and painting of the front porch area beams.The contract was signed around March 28, 2025. The requested deposit of $2200.00 was paid March 31, ******* date, the majority of the exterior has been painted except the garage door and the door leading from the garage to the backyard. The beams in the front porch area have not been replaced and that area has not been painted. Front Range Painters has decided not to replace these beams. The final inspection and "qc with client" have not taken place. Final touch-*** and cleaning also remain. Front Range Painters has threatened to file a lien against our property.Additionally, I would like to note that Front Range Painters communicates almost exclusively through email. Almost all of the links contained in the emails have "expired" or "no longer exist". This really puts the consumer at a disadvantage. Front Range Painters never gave notice that the preliminary inspection reports and subsequent daily progress reports would disappear. The electronic invoices were changed without dates and noted changes. Changes were made without our agreement. Because of the format used by Front Range Painters, the only way I can share the proposal/ contract is thru email.

    Please see attached for the response document to the email received from Mr. ******* on 6/6/25. Numerous attempts have been made over the course of the past three weeks via text message and phone call to rectify anything and get in touch with Mr. ******* regarding any issues at the property. He chose not to interact with us after all the attempts, but instead decided to send me an ultimatum email last Friday giving me four options saying the fault lies with us. This is highly inaccurate and that message he left with the BBB just shows me again how much he lies to make himself seem like the victim.
