    **** Unseth was hired to paint the exterior of our home. It took 23 days to get it done and it isnt done correctly. The sides of our trim are not painted. There are areas that were not back rolled as promised in our contract and the old color is bleeding through. There are pits where not enough paint was applied to our stucco all over the house. They did not replace the siding they listed in our contract to replace & the siding they did replace does not match and is a different size. The stucco repair looks terrible and is chipping. It looks so bad. We called 3 times asking to speak with **** supervisor because our project lead, ***, would promise resolve & not deliver.

    I am rejecting this response because: the response was not accurate & clearly shows how out of touch the owner is with our situation. We called the main number three different times to get someone other than *** to resolve our issues. We gave them every opportunity to make this right. The photos dont lie and we have several more photos of how bad the work is. They did not take the siding off the bill as the letter suggests. They demanded the money & I refused to pay that portion. Yes, it was 24 days start to finish but not because it was a big job, it was because they were only there two full (6 hour) days. The other 5 times they showed up for anywhere between **** minutes and every other day, they didnt show up,  We would like to be refunded $2,000 of the $10,923.08 that we paid to go toward the home being painted again. Were happy to supply a report of the current condition from our new painter. Or a receipt once we have paid them. Also, ******************************* saying he would typically call a meeting but he wont work with us, means he wont honor the warranty on the work he did. Id like to get $2,000 of what I paid them back if you think thats appropriate.

    It is our stance that we have lived up to the contract. We did not take payment for the disputed siding work. We returned several times to do touch *** as requested by the customer. Once the work was completed, the customer stated that they were happy with the project and paid us as such. The pictures provided do not show a quality issue. If there was justification to require a rebate of $2000 we would consider it, but there has been nothing to justify this request.
