      The front office is unbelievably rude and unprofessional. My son is autistic and has some other issues going on. He has been coming here for a couple of years now, and on multiple occasions, I haven't been able to get his prescriptions refilled on time because the doctors here don't call back, and the front office doesn't seem to care at all. They also don't appear to be competent. We've had two different doctors, and we faced the same problem with both. The last time this happened, I didn't receive his prescription at all. It was something for a rash on his skin, but regardless, you should be able to get medicine for your kids after visiting the doctor.************************************* told me she would look into finding a cheaper prescription for my son and would reach out to me after our checkup. I called for two weeks and didn't hear from her. When I called the front desk, she was out of the office. This is where *** and her fantastic attitude come into play in my story. My husband and I had to call back six times to get my son's prescription filled. He only had one day of medicine left.Each time I called, *** told me something different, and her attitude became even worse. It turned out she had been lying, and the prescription she claimed to have sent was not sent yet because *** isn't good at her job. She also acted like she had to wait until Monday to send an Rx that was supposedly sent yesterday, claiming she needed permission from the doctor. The doctor not only never calls me back but is also never in the office. And supposedly, the prescription had already been sent. Finally, we got to speak to someone higher up in the company, possibly another doctor. She was very kind, patient, and listened to everything. She took care of the prescription in just 10 minutes. We will NOT be going back. Im so disappointed.
