      This used to be my favorite pizza place to order from. You still took cash, your product is good (based off of employees effort of course)The BBQ chicken pizza was my one order on nights in without my family.... .yet, briargate employees threatened to SPIT IN MY FOOD?! while I'm still on the phone?!?!You're disgusting display of unprofessional food preparation is appalling. How dare you!How dare you deliver this disgusting ingredients of displeasure to your customers. Me, my family, do not want your SPIT. Do better. I will never in a million years order your SPIT again after dozens of times of feeding it to my children you disgrace of a food establishment. I will be contacting media as you seem to not give a darn of the cost you spend to the ppl you serve. I would never want someone to feel as disgusted as I did upon ordering....for the 13th time at least. How dare you dirty ppl.

      ***************************************************************************** My family have ordered food from this business for years, and they have the worst service we have ever experienced. Because they have good food we kept returning, but today was the last straw. My wife ordered pizza on the ******* Pizza website, and the message said to be there for pick at 5:30pm. I walked in at 5:30 to pick it up and the person at the counter was completely confused that I had placed an order. I stood there for 30 minutes waiting for the pizza and watched ******************** and pick up orders without waiting. This has always happened to us every time we order. If they treated every customer like c*** they'd go out of business, but we're special so we always get shafted. It's not worth it. I'm going to share this with all the people I can, so they don't fall victim of this kind of basic disrespect for a customer.

      I am sorry to hear of the customers bad service on that day and would love to look into for the rest of the story. As far as the lousy service; we have been at that location for over ************************************************************************************ we would have never survived so I am not sure what the issues are with this customer but I would love to find out and make things right. I have found that many times when people are ordering on line that their order ends up at the wrong location. Not sure what happened this time.Can you please tell me some more info; What day and date, and what was the order? Did you use our website or a 3rd party like ******* door dash, grub-hub etc. ?If I have some more info I will be happy to look into it and find out what happened. I have owned these stores for 38 plus years and I take great pride in our customer service and all the awards on my walls attest to that. Get me some more info and I will look into it and make things right.Once again I am sorry for your service that night and any other night so lets try and figure out why it happens to you all the time.
