    trying to return a purchase they do not reply I have sent 3 emails so far and called with no response from silicone intakes At this point I just want to return my purchase for a refund..

    After receiving the customer's first contact attempt by email on Friday, 03/03/2023, 1:45:02 PM, we replied within two hours with a link to our return policy on Friday, 03/03/2023, 3:26:42 PM. The customer proceeded to send additional emails on 03/06/2023, 1:28:01 PM which we replied to on Monday, 03/06/2023, 2:02:09 PM - again within two hours, and Wednesday, 03/08/2023, 8:00:01 AM.

    Obviously the customer's spam/junk email filter is not delivering our emails to him properly.

    We do not have any record that the customer left any voicemail.

    That being said, whereas our return policy is located right on our website anyways and it has only been three business days since their first email, I don't feel a BBB complaint is warranted.

    I am rejecting this response because:  I did leave a voice mail on there machine after I was getting know were with emails. And they did not email me till I Made a complaint with BBB.   I checked my spam file and junk file. Its all BS!  But whatever I will just take the loss on the parts.. And will never order from them again.

    As far as I can tell based on the details of the complaint the customer is not asking for any specific action aside from our return policy which I have now provided three times.

    I sent the customer a copy of the original email we sent within two hours of receiving his email asking for the return policy.

    I don't know why this person now thinks he needs to "take a loss" on anything - he ordered the parts in the first place and we shipped them promptly, now he doesn't want them anymore so I provided our competitive return policy. I'm at a loss.
