    I purchased items that they have not shipped. There age verification process does not work and times out. They have not s*** my items Ive sent already 10 emails but no response. I have messaged him on ******** and also on Instagram I filed a case I got some for the *** and I am also. Review Review so that either I get my money back or get my merchandise.

    I purchased a product that came with a warranty but didn't know I needed the receipt in order to register my product and not only did I not get a receipt, but the product needed to be replaced before I even got to use it! All I'm going to say is thank heavens for ***** in customer service, She was able to help me with registration and getting a replacement product! She didn't make me feel anything but important, like I was a real priority, and it was refreshing considering most customer service reps are rude, and un-helpful. Her boss "OK'ed" My replacement product I requested since the product I bought was out of stock and wouldn't be restocking for a few weeks, which i refused to wait that long. I requested a much cooler piece than I originally purchased, it was only about $10 more than what I originally spent. all of course covered by the warranty <3 My final thought is That I'm super grateful ***** received my cry for help, and she never let me down, not once. not even almost. SO, I thank *****, in customer service. Shes absolutely wonderful I'm a very satisfied customer and hope to see more people like ***** out there in other stores and in other customer service departments. Thanks again *****!
