    On January 25th, we celebrate our son birthday party at your place. The guests arrived at 5:30.After 40 minutes, I had to go to the front desk to ask why didnt we got the gummy bears and the soft drinks that we paid for. Our event planner sorry we forgot to inform you that we ran out of drinks. So in the middle of the party, my husband had to leave to buy drinks. Around 7 PM I had to go again to the front desk to ask whats going on with the pizzas that we paid for and the answer again was we dont know the supervisor left for dinner ************* and theres no pizza. we waited half of the guest left without having pizzas,drink's or candies. We eventually received the pizza, but from 20 guests only six of them remain.I have to say that nobody even cared, nobody came even to ask during the event even once, if we need something, the only time the event planner came, is to ask us to pay the remaining balance. I have to say Im disappointed and hurt and really embarrassed.We waited for my son birthday party for a long time after having a family tragedy.. but unfortunately, with all that happened, we didnt even had the chance to celebrate with him, dance with him, or even get one photo together. The main reason was I had to go to the front desk every few minutes to ask whats going on but again nobody cares. we paid almost $500 for nothing just To be embarrassed of all of our friends.the thing hurt me the most is every time I tried to talk to someone to see whats going on their answer was you have to talk to the supervisor but ************* or we dont know.. again nobody seems to care or know anything. I understand the supervisor had to go to buy coffee or to have dinner like they said, but not on my account.And even now I sent six emails to customer service and nobody replies, you cannot even reach to them by phone.Thank you With all that is happened Im asking for a refund for the event.

    They told me they will not accept cash. As in, a business in *******, will NOT accept ******** dollars, legal tender that MUST be accepted in person as payment for goods and services. Numerous signs and employees confirmed this. This is illegal, specifically in Colorado, where it occured ( Colorado Springs location). I was turned away- they REFUSED my payment in cash. This is unacceptable, as it is NOT a matter of the business' discretion whether they do or do not accept MONEY, they MUST accept cash.
