  I have hired B&L several times over the last few years with good results and price, and they are now my go-to plumber.

  Dont use this company. After having them service my property in November of 2022, it is my opinion that this company does very shady work, overpromises and under delivers, tries to overcharge you and take advantage of you, bully you into paying the ridiculous prices, and feels just overall unethical to me. They tried to charge $368 for a part less than $20, so I provided it myself (and in case you are wondering how I know that, I confirmed the model number on the part[s] ***** was going to use and it matches Lowes and ********** exactly, and the one I purchased, so it was the same part, but they were charging 500-1000% more). The tech that came out was *****, and he smelled very strongly of nasty cigarette smoke, like so strong that it was nauseating and overwhelming. He was rude and not respectful at all, not to mention having a very foul mouth (not professional when we have two kids nearby). ***** at the end tried to charge me $858 for installing the parts I provided; I decided to take it up with the service manager. I did talk with the service manager ***************************** the next business day and she was the only highlight of this experience. She still tried to get the full amount out of me, so I calmly explained this to her and explained my dissatisfaction, so she dropped off $100 and change, then after a long detailed discussion, she said she would go down to $650, so I finally agreed to that because I didnt have to time to have a legal battle with legal counsel in the midst of moving, so I said that was fine and settled it. In my opinion, they absolutely overcharged me, took advantage of me, and were very unethical. Afterwards, I ran this by another plumbing company and was told this should have cost no more than $200-$400 at the absolute most since I provided the parts. ******* did send out another tech to fix what ***** installed crooked. In my opinion, I would suggest looking elsewhere for a plumbing company and dont ever use these guys at all.

  **** came in to put my kitchen faucet and garbage disposer back together after the previous Agent had disconnected the day before. The previous worker ***** had already briefed the guys what needed to be done. They were professional, courtesy and very friendly. They completed the job and was in and out in no time. Could not be more satisfied and would easily call them again for future work.
