This bunch of people no longer meet you where you are and show you what is available. INSTEAD they ask you to upload so much information on to a third party where your ID card, and other sensitive personal information are sold to a third party and then this third party ask you to pay to view rental listings.... UNBELIEVABLE. DO NOT GIVE THEM AN IOTA of your time!

I would give them a zero if I could do not go to this company. It is a fraud. It is a scam. They will charge you for things that are legally their responsibility to fix. They will not take care of your property. They will leave it up to the tenants completely and then take your money and say they're doing things that they're not doing. They will lie and be deceitful and go against their own code of ethics

Hello, The tenant has expressed her frustration that she is responsible for paying for the window their child broke with a watermelon. Per the contract, tenant caused damages are at the expense of the tenant. We would be happy to discuss the matter further and will contact the tenant again. Thank you

STAY AWAY FROM ANY PROPERTY THAT IS MANAGED BY THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY. They didn't fix an unsafe and serious plumbing issue for more than two months until I got an attorney involved. Then, they gutted my bathroom and it took 3 weeks for them to schedule someone to complete the bathroom - I had holes all over the drywall and ceiling, among other issues. They sent three plumbers out to get a quote and every single plumber said this house has serious plumbing issues, I wouldn't live here. Every plumber said, "keep the door to this bathroom closed because the toilet plumbing was seeping up through the bath and shower drains". Each plumber said the plumbing will make living in this home difficult until it is fixed. I rented a home with two bathrooms; one was unusable from the day I moved in until 3 months later. They didn't offer any discounted rent or options. Also, not one person from the actual property management company has been out to make sure that the work that the contractors did was done well or that that job was complete. They haven't come to the property to inspect or verify anything. I still have plumbing issues that they refuse to resolve. This is just one of the many maintenance issues I've had. They are not helpful or kind people. They don't work to get issues resolved until you pay to get an attorney involved. I am taking them to court over the issues.

Slumlords for sure! The neighbor attached chain smokes cigarettes and hard drugs constantly the unit my boyfriend has smells terrible! There are constant violent break ins next door. Its completely unsafe. People in and out being super loud say and night. They refuse to do anything even though camera proof of these events has been sent numerous times. Their solution was to make him move to a move to a more expensive crappier unit that was move in ready. He went to view the unit and OMG! Trash everywhere, filthy carpets, ROTTEN food in the fridge and freezer. We couldnt believe it. It was honestly so disrespectful they even showed it. Their lease specially states there is no smoking for his current unit or and loud noise. Everyone in the complex has complained about this tenant. We all believe because he is on a housing voucher they will not evict him because its guaranteed payments. We will be seeking legal action at this point he has tried to talk to them 10+ times about all of the issues hes been having.Property maintenance also has told multiple of the tenants there no way this place would pass a city inspection and I whole heartedly believe that considering it floods every time it rains and their solutions was sandbags blocking the back door making it very hard to walk in and out.
