      Received a bill in Jan 2025 for a scan that was done in May 2024. I didn't pay by April and was sent to collections. The bill was less than $20. They must be hurting for money if they are sending such a low amount to collections. Then lied to collection agency, selling the amount for higher than was it actually is.

      The patients insurance processed the claim in January of 2025. Three statements were sent to the patient for the amount allowed by the insurance, which was $19.92. Invoice statements were sent to the patient in January, February, and March of 2025. Per company policy, patients receive three statements and then accounts are turned over to a collection agency if not paid in full. Our Company does not sell accounts to the collection agency for amounts higher than the insurance company allows. Any additional fees are set by the collection agency. If the patient has additional concerns, she is welcome to contact our billing manager at ************.

      Penrad won't do an *** due to having had a ** in my face from stupid childhood pranks. Here is the catcher, I got a scan there several years ago (the same scan I need again) where upon we discovered this would be an issue. Before I got that scan I had to have the ** surgically removed. I did, then got the *** after. Now several years later they are refusing to do the *** without first charging me to do an Xray to verify the ** was removed. This shows me that more than likely they did not maintain proper records as required by law. I will be talking to a lawyer to figure that part out but most importantly to me is they want to charge me and shoot more xrays at me for negligence on their part.

      Virtually impossible for anyone to answer the phones for important imaging appointments, I averaged ***** minutes waiting, left my callback number and got one call back in 10 days. Going to find another imaging company

      You will wait on the phone for an extended period of time just to make an appointment for a MRI. I waited for more than 20 minutes and hung up without speaking to anyone. Very poor customer service !

      I just received a bill despite the fact that I have ********* I was never notified that I would be billed for the mentioned services. If i had known, I would not have had the procedure done. This is unacceptable.

      We apologize for any confusion regarding the billing of your exam. ******** made a payment, but then reversed that payment, which caused the charge to have a balance and immediately roll to patient responsibility. A statement went out automatically. Thankfully, the charge was caught by our staff and the charge was written off two weeks later. Your account is at a zero balance. While we aim to ensure mistakes such as this do not happen, occasionally one can slip through, unfortunately. The Lead of our billing department has called you to ensure you have no further questions or concerns. Thank you.

      Penrad Images are poor quality and can't tell anything from thier images. Had an MRI and CT scan and they were blurry and grainy. No doctor can tell anything from the images they provided. Don't waste your time or money. I have severe pain upper left abdomen. 6 month of doctors and they can't see anything from their images.
