If you live in the Springs and you need radon remediation you can stop looking now. My story....I dealt with a radon company not located in the springs. Dealt with this since Oct 2024. Other company came out installed a system, not properly and my radon levels kept increasing after the system was installed. They tried multiple fixes and it never worked. Final straw, they wanted to install another system on the other side of the house for an additional $1,400. I stopped everything and luckily found Centennial Radon. I spoke with the owner ***. I explained to him the run around and frustration I was experiencing. It was a story *** had heard numerous times. ***, talked me through what should be done.On install day *** and ****** (the gentleman who did the install) stopped by and ****** started the work. Unlike the other company they didn't have to bore through my exterior wall to install the system but used an existing buried exterior pvc pipe to dramatically reduce the radon levels. ****** was extremely professional, answered all my questions and was respectful of our home and very clean with his work area...he was awesome!...even repaired the hole in the exterior wall the other company left. Our radon levels went from around 15 down to 1 or below with ***** hours. I cant thank *** and ****** enough for finally ending our radon battle. If your reading this, learn from my mistake and call Centennial!

Outstanding company! I am a home inspector in **************** and refer Centennial Radon Solutions to any of my clients seeking a mitigation system. We refer *** and his team because of the quality product they provide for each of their clients. Whenever we come across a mitigation system installed by Centennial, it is easy to identify because of the attention to detail.I am also a customer of *********************************************. I had a system installed in my home last week and it is beautiful! My system is installed in my basement and through a crawlspace. The work was completed in one day, there was no mess left behind, and most importantly, my home is now testing well below the recommended action level.There are many mitigation contractors in town, *** and Centennial Radon Solutions are head and shoulders above their competitors in every way.
