    Advanced Radon Systems (*******) installed my Radon mitigation system 3 years ago. Approximately 50% of the time my Radon levels exceed the Federal EPA regulations of 4 pCi/L and high as < 8 pCi/L. In the Fall of 2022, I attempted to contact this company and left my information with their answering service on several occasions but no return call. Recently, I noticed my Radon Away fan assembly, with a 5 year warranty, making a great deal of noise so I called the manufacturer and confirmed that the fan assembly is still under warranty and can be replaced by an authorized contractor on their list or by the homeowner but I would need to send them installation information to receive an RMA, pay to ship back the defective fan unit and do without a Radon mitigation system for approximately 2 weeks. I was told Advanced Radon Systems is on their list of contractors but this company is not listed on the manufactures website. Again, I called and left a message with their answering service and no response. When I initially choose an installation/repair company to provide a service, I expect them to be responsive when contacted for support.
