    Do Not Use Frenchys Flooring.I contracted with this company to install tile in a small 77 sq foot laundry room. Over a period of 5 visits to repair broken and splintered baseboards, cracked tiles, uneven and discolored grout, the job was still not completed.In an attempt to get the grout color consistent, the installers applied an epoxy grout, which left a thick sticky haze over the whole floor. When I contacted the owner of *******'s Flooring about it, he refused to come out and clean the haze off the tile. He suggested that we get an acidic/corrosive type of cleaner to try to strip off the grout haze.This requires respirators and other safety equipment that we do not have. We told ****** Beaufret, the owner, that we felt that cleaning up the residue was part of the job and that we didn' feel that the job was complete. We asked him to send someone to clean the floor and he refused, and then did not return our calls or texts.I would not hire this company to tile a bird bath. They completely broke baseboards and put them back in place, as if we would not notice. They made 4 different attempts to mix the grout for a consistent color and mix and were unable to. They cracked tiles and left them in place. They do not stand by their work. They do not complete their work. heir customer service is terrible.Do not use this company if you want a quality tile job.
